We do not offer refunds on purchases once the order is delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the item.
After verification, we will offer a replacement for the same product.
Conditions for Replacement
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Eligible Cases
